In order to assist your service personnel to maximize customer satisfaction, the attached summary of Service Information (Sl.) updates has been prepared.
Please immediately plan a meeting to discuss this information with your service advisors, shop foreman, and all BMW Service Technicians to develop an effective customer handling program.
Also, please devise a program to invite as many customers as is possible to have their vehicles receive these up-dates.
