Console Assembly

CONSOLE ASSEMBLY (Full Console)















REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Storage compartment by pulling up and out.
2. Shift handle retaining clip and shift handle.
3. Console upper trim plate (gently pull up and out).
4. Three screws from ashtray, open door to access front screw.
5. Electrical connector for cigar lighter.






6. Driver Information Switch (DIS), Insert flat blade tool on each side and pry gently.
7. Radio/HVAC assembly.
8. Four screws retaining console to instrument panel.
9. Two nuts through storage compartment opening retaining console to floor.
10. Console blower air supply duct. Turn to release.
11. Slide console up and disconnect electrical connectors.
12. Slide console back to clear shifter assembly.
13. Console from vehicle.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Position console into vehicle over shifter assembly.
2. Electrical connectors.
3. Console blower air supply duct. Turn to push on.
4. Through storage compartment opening, two nuts retaining console to floor.
5. Four screws securing console to instrument panel.
6. Radio/HVAC assembly, refer to SECTION 9A.
7. DIS to console.
8. Electrical connector for cigar lighter, ashtray to console.
9. Console upper trim plate.
10. Shift handle and retaining clip.
11. Storage compartment.
