Automatic Transmission Mount Replacement - Left

Removal Procedure
1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Support the powertrain assembly with a suitable jack.





3. Remove the nut (1) securing the transmission mount to the transmission mount bracket.
4. Lower the jack allowing the engine to lower slightly.





5. Remove the bolt (1) and nut (4) securing the mount to the frame.
6. Remove the 2 nuts (3) securing the mount to the frame.
7. Remove the mount (2).

Installation Procedure





1. Install the mount (2).
2. Install the mount attaching bolt (1) and nut (4) to the frame.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the 2 nuts (3) securing the mount to the frame.
Tighten the nuts to 70 Nm (52 ft. lbs.).
4. Raise the engine and transmission assembly into position.





5. Install the nut (1) to the mount and mount bracket.
Tighten the mount nut to 75 Nm (55 ft. lbs.).
6. Remove the engine assembly support jack.
7. Lower the vehicle.
