The air conditioning condensers in some 1987-88 Beretta, Corsica models may have been punctured by a screw from the lower air deflector (See Figure 1).

For this reason, future production parts will eliminate the inboard attachments. Likewise, do not install the two inboard screws when installing the air deflector at the dealership. The current installation instructions supplied earlier are incorrect. New installation instructions are immediately forthcoming.

If an interference is noted between the condenser and deflector attaching screw on the subject vehicles, remove the two inboard screws.
