Radiator: Service and Repair

RADIATOR









REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Air cleaner assembly.
2. Negative battery cable.
3. Engine coolant.
4. Electric cooling fan and frame assembly.
5. Coolant hoses.
6. Transaxle fluid cooler lines from radiator, if used.
7. Upper radiator mounting bolts.
8. Four bolts connecting condenser to radiator.
9. Radiator.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Radiator to lower insulator pads.
^ If a new radiator is used, transfer fittings from the old radiator to the new radiator.

2. Four bolts connecting condenser to radiator.
3. Upper radiator mounting bolts.

TIGHTEN
^ Bolts to 10 Nm (89 lbs in).

4. Transaxle fluid cooler lines.
5. Coolant hoses.
6. Electric cooling fan and frame assembly.
7. Engine coolant.
8. Negative battery cable.
9. Air cleaner assembly.
