Air Injection Check Valve: Service and Repair

Typical Air Injection Check Valve:

REMOVAL

1. Release clamp and disconnect air hose from check valve.
2. Unscrew check valve from A.I.R. injection pipe.

INSTALLATION

1. Screw check valve onto A.I.R. injection pipe.
2. Tighten check valve.

Torque Value 23 Nm (17 lb ft)

3. Position air hose on check valve and secure clamp.
