Drive Belt: Service and Repair

Serpentine Drive Belt Routing:

NOTICE: Care should be taken to avoid twisting or bending the tensioner when applying torque. Damage to belt tensioner may occur.

Remove or Disconnect

1. Coolant recovery reservoir.
2. Rotate tensioner clockwise using a box end wrench.
3. Serpentine drive belt.

Install or Connect

1. Rotate tensioner clockwise using a box end wrench.
2. Serpentine drive belt.
^ Install over power steering pulley last.
3 Coolant recovery reservoir.
