Manifold Pressure/Vacuum Sensor: Service and Repair

MAP Sensor Location:

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Negative battery cable.
2. Hold down bolts (2).
3. Protective cover.
2. Electrical connector.
4. Vacuum hose.
5. MAP sensor.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Vacuum hose.
2. Electrical connector.
3. MAP sensor.
4. Protective cover.
5. Hold down bolts (2).

Tighten
Bolts to 6 Nm (54 lb. in.).

6. Negative battery cable.
