1. Remove air intake duct and air cleaner.
2. Raise and support vehicle.
3. Drain coolant and remove electrical connectors at engine coolant fans.
4. Remove radiator upper mounting panel, Figs. 11 and 12.
5. Remove electric engine coolant fan, transmission oil cooler lines and coolant level indicator module, if equipped.
6. Lower vehicle and loosen receiver dehydrator bracket.
7. Remove upper radiator hose and lower radiator hose at water pump.
8. Remove overflow tube, then the condenser from radiator.
9. Remove radiator from vehicle.
10. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Make sure radiator is seated on radiator insulators.
b. Add engine coolant and inspect for leaks.
c. Torque upper mounting panel to 9 ft. lbs.
