Remove or Disconnect
1. Negative battery cable.
2. Disable SIR system.
3. Defroster grille.
4. End caps.
5. I/P trim pad.
6. Instrument cluster trim plate.
7. HVAC control.
8. Radio.
9. Air distribution ducts.
10. Steering wheel and stalks from column.
11. I/P compartment lamp electrical connector.
12. Screws to tie bar.
13. Panel from tie bar.

Install or Connect
1. Panel to tie bar.
2. Screws to tie bar.
3. I/P compartment lamp electrical connector.
4. Steering wheel and stalks to column.
5. Air distribution ducts.
6. Radio.
7. HVAC control.
8. Instrument cluster trim plate.
9. I/P trim pad.
10. End caps.
11. Defroster grille.
12. Enable SIR system.
