DRL Control Module Replacement, Canadian Only

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

DRL Control Module Replacement: Canadian Only - Removal Procedure:

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the driver knee bolster trim panel.
3. Disconnect both of the Connector Position Assurance (CPA) connectors.
4. Disconnect the DRL module electrical connectors.

DRL Control Module Replacement: Canadian Only - Removal Procedure:

5. Remove the DRL module from the I/P center support bracket.

Release the tabs, then pull down on the module to release.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

DRL Control Module Replacement: Canadian Only - Installation Procedure:

1. Install the DRL module to the I/P center support bracket.

Align the module slots to the bracket tabs, then pull up to secure.

DRL Control Module Replacement: Canadian Only - Installation Procedure:

2. Connect the module electrical connectors.
3. Connect both the CPA connectors.
4. Install the driver knee bolster trim panel.
5. Connect the negative battery cable.

Tighten
Tighten the negative battery cable bolt to 15 N.m (11 lb ft).

6. Program the transmitters.
