Mirror Replacement - Manual

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the door trim panel.
2. Remove the mirror reinforcement cover.
3. Remove the manual mirror attaching bolts (3).
4. Remove the mirror (2) from the door with the cable (1) attached.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Route the control cable (1) through the hole in the door inner trim panel at the mirror reinforcement.

IMPORTANT: Tuck the front edge of the mirror under the weatherstrip. Slide the mirror forward as far as possible so the mirror is flush with the belt molding.

2. Position the mirror (2) to the door.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the manual mirror attaching bolts (3).
Start at the lower left bolt. Tighten in a clockwise direction.

Tighten
Tighten the manual mirror attaching bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

4. Install the mirror reinforcement cover.
5. Install the trim panel.
