Door Lock Cylinder Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement Service and Repair.




2. Remove the door seal trim. Refer to Door Bottom Auxiliary Sealing Strip Replacement Door Bottom Auxiliary Sealing Strip Replacement.
3. Disconnect the outside door handle lock rod.
4. Remove the retaining clip and the lock cylinder.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the lock cylinder with the retaining clip.
2. Connect the outside door handle lock rod.
3. Install the door seal trim. Refer to Door Bottom Auxiliary Sealing Strip Replacement Door Bottom Auxiliary Sealing Strip Replacement.
4. Install the front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement Service and Repair.
