Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Loosen the air cleaner outlet duct clamp at the air cleaner assembly.
2. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct from the air cleaner assembly.
3. Remove the air cleaner assembly attachment bolts.
4. Remove the air cleaner inlet duct from the air cleaner assembly.
5. Remove the air cleaner assembly.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the air cleaner assembly.
2. Install the air cleaner assembly attachment bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 10 Nm (89 lb in).

4. Install the air cleaner inlet duct to the air cleaner assembly.
5. Install the air cleaner outlet duct to the air cleaner assembly.

Tighten the air cleaner outlet duct clamp to 3 Nm (27 lb in).
