Trailing Arm Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle Service and Repair in General Information.
2. Remove the rear wheels.
3. Remove the trailing link bolt-to-knuckle and the trailing link bracket bolts.
4. Remove the trailing link.
Installation Procedure
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
Install the trailing link with bolt-to-knuckle and the bolts-to-trailing link bracket.
* Tighten the trailing link bolt-to-knuckle to 120 Nm (89 lb ft).
* Tighten the trailing link bracket bolts to 90 Nm (66 lb ft).
