Heater A/C Module:

Water Core Filter Installation To Evaporator Core:

Evaporator Core Upper Seal:

Evaporator Core Side Seal:

Evaporator Core Lower Seals:

Heater A/C Module Outer Seals:

Heater A/C Module Seal Installation Between The Upper And Lower Module:

Remove or Disconnect

1. Heater A/C module. Service and Repair
2. All outer blower module seals.
3. Air inlet housing.
4. Unclip heater/defrost valve vacuum actuator from blower module.
5. Heater A/C module upper mounting screws.
6. Heater A/C module seal that is between the upper and lower module.
7. Evaporator core.
8. Water core filter.

Install or Connect

1. Water core filter to new evaporator core.
2. New evaporator core seals to evaporator core.
3. New seal that goes between the two halves of the heater A/C module.
4. Evaporator core.
^ Wet the upper evaporator core seal to ease assembly of the upper module to the lower module.
5. Heater A/C module upper mounting screws.

Tighten
^ Screws to 3 N.m (27 lb. in.).

6. Clip heater/defrost valve vacuum actuator to module.
7. Air inlet housing.

Tighten
^ Screws to 3 N.m (27 lb. in.).

8. All outer module seals.
9. Heater A/C module.
