Service Procedure

1. Remove the front passenger seat head restraint.

2. Remove the hog rings and unzip the seat back cover.





3. Remove the two (2) passenger seat outboard seat back attaching bolts (Figure 1).

4. Remove the two (2) passenger seat inboard seat back attaching bolts (Figure 1).

5. Remove and discard the passenger seat back assembly.

6. Install the new passenger seat back assembly and loosely install the four (4) fasteners.

7. Tighten the two (2) passenger seat inboard seat back attaching bolts to 185 in-lbs (21 N.m) (Figure 1).

8. Tighten the two (2) passenger seat outboard seat back attaching bolts to 33 ft-lbs (44 N.m) (Figure 1).

9. Fasten the seat back cover.

10. Install the head restraint in the new front passenger seat back.
