Power Transfer Unit Fluid Drain/Fill

PTU FLUID DRAIN/FILL
1. Raise vehicle on hoist.
2. Remove PTU drain plug. Drain fluid into suitable container.
3. Install drain plug and torque to 35 Nm (26 ft. lbs.).
4. Remove PTU drain plug.
5. Fill PTU with 1.0L (2.1 pts.) of Mopar(R) 75W-90 Gear and Axle Lubricant.
6. Install fill plug and torque to 35 Nm (26 ft. lbs.).
7. Lower vehicle
