REMOVAL

1. Open deck lid.
2. Remove four bolts to battery compartment cover and remove cover.
3. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.

4. Move seat as needed to access seat attaching front bolts and rear nuts (Fig. 1).

5. Disconnect electrical connector (Fig. 2).
6. Remove seat from vehicle.

INSTALLATION

1. Place seat assembly in vehicle.
2. Connect electrical connector (Fig. 2).
3. Start front seat attaching bolts (Fig. 1).

NOTE: The front BOLTS must be torqued to the specified torque prior to the rear NUTS being secured.

4. Tighten front seat front bolts to 40 N.m (30 ft.lbs.) torque.
5. Tighten front seat rear nuts to 40 N.m (30 ft.lbs.) torque.
6. Connect the battery negative cable.
7. Place battery access cover into place and install four bolts.
8. Close deck lid.
9. Verify vehicle and system operation.
