Rear Fender Liner: Service and Repair

REAR WHEELHOUSE SPLASH SHIELD

REMOVAL

1. Remove the rear wheel.

2. Remove the 11 rear shield screws and remove the rear shield. (Fig. 21)
3. Remove the five front shield screws and remove the front shield.

INSTALLATION

1. Position the front shield onto the vehicle and install outside screws loosely.
2. Position the rear shield onto the vehicle.
3. Loosely install the remaining screws.
4. Tighten the five screws attaching the two shields together then tighten the remaining 11 screws.
