FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENTREMOVAL
FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT
1. Remove the fascia. Refer to Front Bumper.
2. Remove the bolts and remove the hood release assembly (1).

3. Remove the nuts and remove the reinforcement (2) (Fig. 5).
FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT - EXPORT
1. Remove the fascia. Refer to Front Bumper.

2. Remove the bolts and remove the hood release handle. (Fig. 6).

3. Disconnect the headlamp washer main hose from the lower washer reservoir (Fig. 7).
4. Remove the nuts and remove the reinforcement.
INSTALLATION
FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT
1. Install the reinforcement and install the nuts (Fig. 5).
2. Tighten the nuts to 54 N.m (40 ft.lbs.).
3. Install the hood release handle and install the bolts.
4. Install the front fascia.
FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT - EXPORT
NOTE: If installing a new bumper reinforcement, use the supplied template to cut the holes for the headlamp washer nozzles.
1. Install the reinforcement and install the nuts.
2. Tighten the nuts to 54 N.m (40 ft.lbs.).
3. Connect the headlamp washer main hose to the lower washer reservoir.
4. Install the hood release handle and install the bolts.
5. Install the front fascia.
