Hard Top: Service and Repair
HARD TOPREMOVAL
1. Remove A-pillar trim. Refer to Trim Panel.
2. Remove headliner.
3. Remove door weatherstrips.
4. Position rear view mirror harness out of way.

5. Remove windshield (2) to top (1) fasteners (3). (Fig. 1)
6. Remove bulkhead quarter trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel.
7. Remove B-pillar trim. Refer to Trim Panel.
8. Remove liftgate.
9. Remove decklid opening weatherstrip.
10. Remove driver and passenger wheel well splash shields.
11. Remove top to trunk pan stud fasteners.
12. Remove top to quarter panel fasteners.
13. Remove driver and passenger upward wheel well fasteners.

14. With the help of an assistant, remove top panel assembly (1).
INSTALLATION
1. With the help of an assistant, install top assembly on to vehicle.
2. Install windshield (2) to top (1) fasteners (3). (Fig. 1)
3. Install top to trunk pan stud fasteners.
4. Install top to quarter panel fasteners.
5. Install driver and passenger upward wheel well fasteners.
6. Install driver and passenger wheel well splash shields.
7. Install the decklid opening weatherstrip.
8. Install liftgate.
9. Install headliner.
10. Install A-pillar trim.
11. Install B-pillar trim.
12. Install driver and passenger door weatherstrip.
