Tighten bolts 1-10 34 Nm (25 ft. lbs.)
Tighten bolts 11-15 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.)
Tighten bolts 1-10 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.)
verify bolts 11-15 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.)
Tighten bolts 1-10 61 Nm (45 ft. lbs.)
Rotate bolts 1-10 additional 90 degrees
Tighten bolts 11-15 34 Nm (25 ft. lbs.)






SURFACE VARIATION - WARPAGE

If tolerances exceed 0.0508 mm (0.002 in.) replace the cylinder head.






Camshaft Bearing Cap

Install the camshaft thrust plate
Tighten retaining bolts 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.).
