Replacement

Fig. 11 Cowl Panel Removal:

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove wiper blade arms by removing attaching nuts.
3. Remove front cowl panel by removing two attaching screws (D) and by turning the five remaining attaching screws (C), 1/4 turn counterclockwise.
4. Remove attaching screws and windshield wiper assembly.
5. Disconnect electrical connector.
6. Remove attaching nut from wiper link.
7. Remove wiper motor attaching screws, then the motor.
8. Reverse procedure to install. Ensure motor is in Park position prior to installation.
