Evaporator Core: Service and Repair

1. Remove evaporator case as outlined under ``Evaporator Case, Replace.''
2. Remove six screws attaching dash panel gasket to the right half of evaporator case.
3. Remove heat shield from bottom of evaporator case.
4. Remove screws attaching the two halves of evaporator case together.
5. Separate the two halves of evaporator case and remove evaporator core and suction accumulator dryer assembly.
6. Disconnect suction accumulator dryer inlet from evaporator core outlet tube.
7. Remove retaining screw from suction accumulator dryer and evaporator core mounting brackets, then accumulator dryer from evaporator core.
8. Reverse procedure to install.
