Passive Restraint Retractor Assembly

REMOVAL
1. Unbuckle the shoulder belt from the carrier.
2. Remove the retractor cover.






3. Disconnect the electrical connector.






4. Remove the retractor mounting.
5. Remove the retractor assembly.

INSTALLATION
1. Position the retractor assembly and install the mounting bolt. Tighten the bolt to 31-46 Nm (23-34 ft lbs).
2. Connect the electrical connector.
3. Install the cover.
4. Buckle the shoulder bolt to the carrier.
5. Check the passive restraint system for proper operation.
