1. Drain cooling system.
2. Remove timing belt as previously described.
3. Remove water pump attaching bolts, then the water pump, Fig. 12.
4. Clean water pump, then cylinder block mating surface.
5. Position new O-ring on water pump as shown, Fig. 13.
6. Install water pump, attaching bolts, then tighten bolts to specifications.
7. Install timing belt, covers, then fill cooling system.
