Radiator: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable, then the cooling fan motor electrical connector.
2. Remove radiator cap, then drain engine coolant.
3. Disconnect all coolant hoses to radiator.
4. On models with automatic transaxle, disconnect oil cooler lines.
5. Disconnect wiring harness from routing clamps on fan shroud.
6. Remove four radiator support upper bracket securing bolts.
7. Remove upper radiator support brackets, then the radiator and fan shroud as an assembly.
8. Reverse procedure to install.
