Blower Motor: Service and Repair
REMOVAL1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Remove the two top blower motor housing nuts.
NOTE: The LH lower nut secures the blower motor housing and the A/C evaporator case to the chassis.
3. Remove the LH lower nut and pull the blower motor housing out from behind the A/C evaporator case.
4. Remove the three blower motor screws and the blower motor.
5. Remove the blower wheel circlip.
6. Remove the blower wheel.
7. Remove the three blower motor cover screws and remove the blower motor cover.
INSTALLATION
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
