Positive Crankcase Ventilation: Service Precautions

CAUTION: Do not remove the Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) system from the engine. Operating the engine without the PCV system will reduce both fuel economy and engine ventilation. This will weaken the engine's performance and shorten the engine's life.
