Heater Core Case: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Partially drain the cooling system.
2. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
3. Disconnect the heater water hoses at the bulkhead.
4. Remove the instrument panel.
5. Loosen the upper left A/C evaporator/blower motor assembly nut to allow for the removal of the heater case.




6. Remove the two wire harness screws.
7. Remove the three heater case nuts.




8. Remove the heater case.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
2. Refill the cooling system.
