Heater Hose: Service and Repair

Remove or Disconnect

1. Drain engine cooling system.
2. Heater core inlet hose by releasing hose clamps at the bulkhead and at the intake manifold.
3. Heater core outlet hose by releasing hose clamps at the bulkhead and at the radiator inlet hose running along the top of the transaxle.

Install or Connect

1. Heater core outlet hose to bulkhead and radiator inlet hose; secure with hose clamps.
2. Heater core inlet hose to bulkhead and intake manifold; secure with hose clamps.
3. Refill engine cooling system.
