Fig. 68 Radiator replacement:

1. Raise and support vehicle.
2. Remove engine under cover, then drain coolant from radiator.
3. Disconnect both radiator hoses and reservoir tank hose from radiator Fig. 68.
4. Disconnect automatic transmission cooler lines from radiator.
5. Remove lower fan shroud.
6. Remove upper radiator mounts, then lift radiator from vehicle.
7. Reverse procedure to install, tighten fasteners to specifications.
