DUCTS AND GRILLESRemoval and Installation
REMOVAL
Center Ventilator Grille
1. Remove cluster lid C. Service and Repair
2. Remove center ventilator grille.
Side Ventilator Grille
1. Remove instrument lower driver panel. Service and Repair
2. Remove side ventilator grille (left).
3. Remove glove box cover. Service and Repair
4. Remove side ventilator grille (right).
Rear Ventilator Grille
Remove rear ventilator grille.
Rear Ventilator Ducts
1. Remove console box. Refer to "CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY" .
2. Remove rear ventilator duct No. 2.
3. Remove instrument panel. Service and Repair
4. Remove rear ventilator duct No. 1.
Foot Duct
1. Remove heater & cooling unit assembly. Refer to "HEATER & COOLING UNIT ASSEMBLY" .
2. Remove foot duct.
Floor Duct
1. Remove front seats and console box.Refer to "CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY" .
2. Remove the front kicking plate and the dash side finisher.
3. Peel back the floor trim to a point where the floor duct is visible.
4. Remove the floor duct No. 2 (left and right).
5. Remove the mounting screw from the floor duct No. 1.
6. Remove the floor duct No. 1 (left and right).
INSTALLATION
Installation is basically the reverse order of removal.
