Test 2, Start Circuit

Procedure
1. Remove diagnostic test adapter installed in test 1 but, leave spark tester attached.
2. While cranking over engine with ignition switch, observe spark tester for sparks.
3. If sparks occur, circuit is satisfactory. If not, proceed to test 3. Test 3, Start Voltage
