EGR Tube: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove the air intake outlet tube.







2. Remove the throttle linkage cover.
1 Remove the screw.
2 Remove the push pin.







3. Disconnect the vacuum lines from EGR valve to exhaust manifold tube.







4. Remove the EGR valve tube to manifold connector from EGR valve.
5. Raise the vehicle.
6. Remove the exhaust Y-pipe.







7. Disconnect the EGR valve tube to manifold connector from the EGR valve to exhaust manifold tube.
8. Remove the EGR valve to exhaust manifold tube from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION












1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
