Idle Speed/Throttle Actuator - Electronic: Service and Repair

IDLE AIR CONTROL (IAC) VALVE REMOVAL / INSTALLATION - 4.0L











1. Remove the accelerator control splash shield.




2. Disconnect the electrical connector. Remove the bolts and the idle air control (IAC) valve.

NOTE: Install a new IAC gasket.

3. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
