Throttle Body: Service and Repair

Fig. 97 Replacing throttle chamber.:

1. Remove air funnel, Fig. 97.
2. Disconnect accelerator cable and throttle sensor connector.
3. Remove metering oil pump connecting rod.
4. Disconnect water hoses.
5. Remove throttle chamber attaching nuts, then the throttle chamber.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
