Inspection

1. Turn the ignition switch ON.
2. Push the center differential lock switch ON.




3. Verify that the indicator lamp in the instrument cluster is turned on and a beep is heard.

NOTE: The indicator lamp will flash until the center differential is fully engaged. If necessary, move the vehicle forward until the differential engages.




4. Push the center differential lock switch OFF.




5. Verify that the indicator lamp in the instrument cluster goes OFF.
