Volume Test

Injector Leakage Test:

WARNING: Be extremely careful when working with fuel. Keep sparks and open flames away.

1. Remove fuel distributor with injectors as shown. Unplug electrical connectors.
2. Connect data link connector terminals F/P and GND with jumper wire. Turn ignition ON.
3. At each injector in turn, place graduated container under nozzle and connect a 12V power source across injector terminals.
4. Measure injection volume as follows:

Approx. 3.70 - 3.93 cu in (60.6 - 64.4 cu cm) / 15 seconds

5. If not within specification, replace injector(s).
