Brake Proportioning/Combination Valve: Service and Repair

NOTE: Loosen and tighten the brake pipe by using the special service tool.

Replacement Of Dual Proportioning Valve:

1. Remove in the order shown in the figure.

2. Install in the reverse order of removal.
^ Torque to 12.9-21.5 Nm (113-190 inch lbs.).

3. After installation add brake fluid, bleed air and check for fluid leakage. Service and Repair





NOTE: Install the dual proportioning valve with the R marks facing the right side.
