Removal Procedure

1. Grind the 10 locations shown in the figure.

CAUTION: Only the procedure for the left side is described, the shape of the right side differs.







2. Remove the front bumper bracket.

Installation Procedure

1. When installing new parts, measure and adjust the body as necessary to conform with standard dimensions.
2. After temporarily installing new parts, make sure the related parts fit properly.
3. Continuous CO2 arc weld the 10 locations shown in the figure while install the front bumper bracket.
