Camshaft Bearing Cap





Tighten camshaft bracket bolts in four steps in the order shown.
Step 1 (bolts 9 - 11) 2.0 Nm (0.2 kg-m, 17 inch lbs.)
Step 2 (bolts 1 - 8) 2.0 Nm (0.2 kg-m, 17 inch lbs.)
Step 3 (bolts 1 - 11) 5.9 Nm (0.6 kg-m, 52 inch lbs.)
Step 4 (bolts 1 - 11) 9.0 - 11.8 Nm (0.92 - 1.2 kg-m, 80 - 104 inch lbs.)

CAUTION: After tightening camshaft bracket bolts, be sure to wipe off excessive sealant from the parts listed below.
