Removal and InstallationREMOVAL
1. Loosen battery terminal nuts (A), and disconnect both negative and positive battery cables from battery terminals.
CAUTION: When disconnecting, disconnect the battery cable from the negative terminal first.
2. Remove battery hold-down wedge bolt (B) and battery wedge bracket.
3. Remove battery.
INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
CAUTION: When connecting, connect the battery cable to the positive terminal first.
Battery wedge bracket bolt : 30 N.m (3.1 kg-m, 22 ft-lb)
Battery terminal nuts : 5.4 N.m (0.55 kg-m, 48 in-lb)
