Condenser HVAC: Service and Repair

Condenser Mounting:

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Negative battery cable.
2. Discharge A/C system.
3. Torque strut bracket bolts at tie bar.
4. Coolant reservoir screws, hoses and bracket.
5. Air cleaner and mounting bracket.
6. Radiator and mount screws.
7. Condenser block fitting.
8. Tilt and hold radiator rearward.
9. Condenser.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Condenser.
2. Position radiator.
3. Condenser block fitting.
4. Three radiator mount screws.
5. Air cleaner and mounting bracket.
6. Coolant reservoir, screws and hoses.
7. Torque strut brackets.
8. Negative battery cable.
9. Evacuate, charge, and leak-test.
