Accelerator Pedal: Service and Repair

Accelerator Controls:

Remove or Disconnect
1. Lower instrument panel trim
2. Remove sound insulator
3. Remove accelerator cable from accelerator pedal rod
4. Remove accelerator pedal retaining nut, bolt and accelerator pedal

Install or Connect
1. Install accelerator pedal and retaining nut and bolt
2. Connect accelerator cable on accelerator pedal
3. Install sound insulator
4. Connect lower instrument panel trim, attaching screws and nuts
