Replacement
REMOVAL
1. Air intake duct and air cleaner.
2. Raise and suitably support vehicle.
3. Drain engine coolant.
4. Electrical connectors at electric engine coolant fans.
5. Radiator upper mounting panel (48).
6. Electric engine coolant fans.
7. Transmission oil cooler lines. See Transmission and Drivetrain.
8. Coolant level indicator module, if equipped.
9. Lower vehicle.
10. Loosen receiver dehydrator bracket, if required.
11. Lower radiator hose at water pump.
12. Upper radiator hose.
13. Overflow tube.
14. Radiator from condenser.
15. Radiator (18).
INSTALLATION
1. Radiator (18). Make sure radiator is seated on radiator insulators (42 and 43).
2. Radiator to condenser.
3. Overflow tube.
4. Upper radiator hose.
5. Lower radiator hose to water pump.
6. Tighten receiver dehydrator bracket, if required.
7. Raise and suitably support vehicle.
8. Coolant level indicator module, if equipped.
9. Transmission oil cooler lines. See Transmission and Drivetrain.
10. Electric engine coolant fans.
11. Radiator upper mounting panel (48). Tighten radiator upper panel mounting (48) bolts/screws to 12 Nm (106 inch lbs.).
12. Electrical connectors to electric engine coolant fans.
13. Add engine coolant.
14. Lower vehicle.
15. Air cleaner and air intake duct.
