Removing And Installing Hose For Headlight Washer

Preliminary work

Preliminary work for removing hose for headlight washer system (front apron)
Remove front apron.

Preliminary work for removing hose for headlight washer system (at tank)
Remove tank for windscreen washer system.

Removing hose for headlight washer (front apron)












1. Release hose for headlight washer system -Arrow a- and pull it off the spray nozzle.







2. Pull hose for headlight washer from retaining clips on both sides -Arrow A-.
3. Remove hose for headlight washer from clips on the apron -Arrows B-.

Removing hose for headlight washer (at reservoir)












1. Remove hose for headlight washer from clips at the reservoir.







2. Pull hose for headlight washer off the pump.

Installing hose for headlight washer

Installing hose for headlight washer (front apron)







1. Insert hose for headlight washer into clips on the front apron -A-.

2. Press hose for headlight washer into retaining clips on both sides -Arrow A-.







3. Push hose for headlight washer onto the spray nozzle until it is felt to engage.

1. Push hose for headlight washer system onto the pump.







2. Insert hose for headlight washer system into the clips at the tank.

Subsequent work

Subsequent work for installing hose for headlight washer system (front apron)
Install front apron.

Subsequent work for installing hose for headlight washer system (at tank)
Install tank for windscreen washer system.
