Removing And Installing Front Air Grille

Preliminary work
1. Remove the front apron. Refer to Removing and installing front apron on "Removing"

NOTE: Only for vehicles with headlight cleaning system.

2. Remove spray nozzle for headlight washer system and set it aside. Refer to Removing and installing spray nozzle for headlight washer system on "Removing"

Removing front air grille

Removing front outer air grille
1. Press electric plug connection -1- up and out -Arrow A-.






2. Unclip wire harness -2- from air grille -3- -Arrow B-.
3. Insert a screwdriver between front apron -1- and air grille -2- at the same time releasing the locking tabs and remove air grille -2-.






4. Disengage wire harness at bottom -3- of air grille -inset-.

Removing front centre air grille
1. Insert a screwdriver between front apron -1- and air grille -2- at the same time releasing the locking tabs and remove air grille -2-.






2. Disengage wire harness -3- from air grille -inset-.

Installing front air grille

Installing front centre air grille
1. Engage wire harness -3- on air grille -2- -inset-.






2. Position air grille -2- all the way round in the pegs of the front apron -1-.
3. Press air grille -2- into the front apron -1- until the locking tabs are felt to engage.

Installing front outer air grille
1. Engage wire harness -3- at bottom of air grille -2- -inset-.






2. Position air grille -2- all the way round in the pegs of the front apron -1-.
3. Press air grille -2- into the front apron -1- until the locking tabs are felt to engage.
4. Clip in wire harness -2- on air grille -3- -Arrow A-.






5. Fasten electric plug connection -1- to air grille -3- -Arrow B-.

Subsequent work

NOTE: Only for vehicles with headlight cleaning system.

1. Install spray nozzle for headlight washing system. Refer to Removing and installing spray nozzle for headlight washer system on "Installing"
2. Install front apron. Refer to Removing and installing front apron on "Installing"
