Non Turbo
1. Raise and support vehicle.
2. Remove front wheels, then the lower guide pin bolt, Fig. 1.
3. Pivot caliper upward, then remove brake pads.
4. Reverse procedure to install brake pads, noting the following:
a. Clean surfaces between pads and carrier.
b. Press pistons fully into bores, taking care not to damage dust boots.
c. Ensure guide pins slide freely and dust covers are in good condition.
d. Pump brake pedal to move pads to operating positions. Do not move vehicle until brakes are operating properly.

Turbo
1. Raise and support vehicle, then remove front wheels.
2. Remove dust caps, Fig. 2, then both guide pin bolts, using a 7mm Allen wrench or hex bit adapter.
3. Remove pad retainer, then the caliper and pads.
4. Reverse procedure to install brake pads, noting the following:
a. Clean surfaces between pads and carrier.
b. Press pistons fully into bores, taking care not to damage dust boots.
c. Ensure guide pins slide freely and dust covers are in good condition.
d. Pump brake pedal to move pads to operating positions. Do not move vehicle until brakes are operating properly.
